Hayal Pozanti: The World For A Mirror

The World For A Mirror is Hayal Pozanti’s first solo show with Timothy Taylor. The exhibition presents lush, large-scale abstract paintings that explore the connection between body and mind. The vibrant shapes that occupy the canvas are rooted in the artist’s created alphabet of 31 glyphs. The exhibition’s title is drawn from a poem by Robinson Jeffers, The World For a Mirror, which reflects on the poet’s surrounding landscape as a mirror for his inner self.
